What's in it

Everything starts from the pitch you hear. Find it once, and the rest of the app knows where to work.

Find Your Tone

Play a tone and slide it low to high until it sounds closest to your ringing, with ±5 Hz and ±50 Hz buttons for fine tuning. The app keeps the volume gentle and reminds you to stop if anything gets louder or feels uncomfortable.

Experiments

  • Octave LadderPremium — a gentle tone walks down the octaves from your pitch.
  • Binaural FusionPremium — two slightly different tones, one per ear, that fuse into one.
  • Hearing Range CheckQuick check — see what you can and can't hear.
  • Sound Level CheckQuick check — a quick dB meter for the room you're in.

Six calming soundscapes

  • Forest Rain · 30 min — rain on leaves
  • High Pitch Ease · 60 min — soft notched noise
  • Gentle Static · 20 min — soft pink and white noise

Made for bedtime

A sleep timer at 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or all night, with a fade-out you choose. A bedtime reminder nudges you to wind down. Sound keeps playing with the screen off, and you can stop it from the lock screen without getting up.

Honest science

No miracle promises. The app explains what sound can and can't do, and shows its sources. A Progress tab tracks how you're doing over time.

"Every drummer I know has a ringing they carry home from the gig. I built this for us — and for anyone else who hears it in a quiet room." — Phil Marks, jazz drummer since 1975
